SneakerBaas

Client: SneakerBaas – an online Dutch sneaker store
Work: Social media posts, promotional content
Tools: Photoshop + AI, Illustrator

Project Overview

When I joined SneakerBaas, there were no brand guidelines or defined visual direction. Instead of treating that as a setback, I used it as an opportunity to build a visual identity that captured the raw energy of sneaker culture and stood out in a competitive market.

Concept and Strategy

My role extended beyond creating weekly content. The goal was to develop a consistent visual voice that felt bold, urban, and authentic. Each piece, from product photography and banners to social media visuals and newsletters, was designed to express movement, texture, and individuality.

To bring a new creative edge, I began experimenting with AI-generated imagery to produce original and unexpected compositions. Combining these AI concepts with refined design choices added a fresh aesthetic that aligned with the fast pace and experimentation of streetwear culture.

Outcome

The new visual direction quickly became part of SneakerBaas’ ongoing creative toolkit. With no formal identity system in place, my work helped define how the brand presents itself across platforms, creating a cohesive and recognizable style that feels true to the community it represents.
